DLA Land and Maritime Supplier Conference & Exposition is a two-day event hosted by the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and DLA Land and Maritime to provide a forum for current and potential vendors to discuss future logistics support strategies, challenges and to streamline efforts to better support the Warfighter. The conference will be in Columbus, OH at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, June 19-20, 2018.
This year’s theme “Improving Warfighter Readiness by Improving Industry Alliances and Reforming Business Processes” speaks to the Secretary of Defense’s priorities to Restore Military Readiness as we Build a more Lethal Force, Strengthen Alliances and Attract New Partners and bring Business Reforms to the Department of Defense. DLA’s business model is evolving from a primarily transactional model to one that values long-term relationships. To help advance our evolution, DLA is executing an active Industry Engagement Plan that fosters innovation through research and development that fully supports the Secretary’s effort. Improving Alliances and Reforming Business Processes expands opportunity for all businesses, invites smarter and innovative ways of doing business and creates greater synergy with our service partners and industry to best support the Warfighter.
DLA welcomes new businesses that want to join the team and those businesses that have been working with us for years. Our shared conference goal is improving alliances and reforming business processes to continually improve Warfighter readiness.
Cost to Exhibit
Corporate Member Rate*: $29.00 / sq. ft.
(Note: your corporate member dues must be current to be able to get the member rate).
*Rate also applies to bona-fide U.S. government agencies and academic institutions.
Non-Corporate Member Rate: $34.00 / sq. ft.

Exhibit Personnel Registration
For each 10x10 exhibit space that your organization occupies, your organization will be entitled to 2 complimentary full registrations, which do account for your booth personnel.
Note: Any additional personnel must register and pay the full attendee rate, registration information can be found at
To register your complimentary full registrations, go to "Manage Booth/Badges" link on the left side of your screen. Do not use an attendee registration form from the printed brochure or the NDIA e-web portal (www.ndia.org) for your complimentary full registrations (unless you require more than your allotted number of registrations). Complimentary full registrations must be assigned online before August 17, 2016

New Cancellation Policy!
There is a 100% penalty fee on all cancelled or reduced exhibit space. All cancellations or reductions in exhibit space must be in writing. For all cancelled or reduced space, exhibitor badges assigned to that space will be automatically relinquished.
-Booths are sold in 10x10 sq. ft. increments
-NDIA does not charge for corner or island fees
-No "end cap" booths are permitted
-Booth furnishings are not included and floor covering is required unless the hall is carpeted.
-No Photography is allowed in the exhibit hall. Cameras and cell phones will be confiscated by security if they are used to photograph any exhibit without prior consent from NDIA management.
-No one under the age of 16 will be permitted in the exhibit hall.
-All bags are subject to search.
-Closed (covered) toe shoes must be worn in the Exhibit Hall during move-in. This is an OSHA Regulation.
NDIA is a nonprofit association and follows full compliance with the Federal Government Executive Order promoting efficient spending.
