Corporate Member Rate*: $33.75 / sq. ft.
(Note: your corporate member dues must be current to be able to get the member rate).
*Rate also applies to bona-fide U.S. government agencies and academic institutions.

Non-Corporate Member Rate: $40.00 / sq. ft.

Membership Savings
To qualify for the member rate on booths listed above, a $500 savings per 8x10 booth,

New Cancellation Policy!
There is a 100% penalty fee on all cancelled or reduced exhibit space. All cancellations or reductions in exhibit space
must be in writing. For all cancelled or reduced space, exhibitor badges assigned to that space will be automatically relinquished.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Exhibit Personnel Registration
For each 8x10 exhibit space that your organization occupies, your organization will be entitled to 2 complimentary full registrations, which do account for your booth personnel.

To register your complimentary 2 full exhibitor registrations, go to the Exhibitor Login page, sign in using your company password and click "Manage Booth/Badges."

Note: 2 additional personnel for each 8x10 booth can register and pay the $300 per badge rate for industry through the registration website you can find here.

Reminders
-Booths are sold in 8x10 sq. ft. increments
-NDIA does not charge extra for corner or island fees
-No "end cap" booths are permitted
-Booth furnishings, electric or internet are not included
-No photography is allowed in the exhibit hall. Cameras and cell phones will be confiscated by security if they are used to photograph any exhibit without prior consent from NDIA management.
-No one under the age of 16 will be permitted in the exhibit hall.
-All bags are subject to search.
-Closed (covered) toe shoes must be worn in the Exhibit Hall during move-in. OSHA Regulation. You will be denied access to the Exhibit Hall during move-in if you are wearing sandals, flipflops or any variation thereof that does not cover your toes.

NOTE: A U.S. Only Session is planned which will include technology and system presentations regarding advanced capability. Attendance to these sessions requires each attendee to present a current U.S. Passport for admission to the briefings and discussion.
