To book your booth space online takes two easy steps.
1. Click on "Floor Plan" to the left and view what spaces are available.
2. Click on "Buy A Booth" and you will be prompted to write in the booth # you selected and pay with a credit card.
The floor plan is live and your booth reservation will be automatic upon completion of these two steps.
Cost to Exhibit:
Corporate Member Rate*: $29.00 / sq. ft. (Note: your corporate member dues must be current to be able to get the member rate).
*Rate also applies to bona-fide government agencies
Non-Corporate Member Rate: $34.00 / sq. ft.
All booths are sold in 10x10 square foot increments. NDIA does not charge for corner or island fees. No “end cap” booths are permitted. Booth furnishings are not included and floor is already carpeted.
Membership Discount:

Exhibitors Please Note:
~No Photography is allowed in the exhibit hall. Cameras and cell phones will be confiscated by security if they are used to photograph any exhibit without prior consent from NDIA management.
~Closed (covered) toe shoes must be worn on the Exhibit Hall during move-in. You will be denied access to the Exhibit Hall during move-in if you are wearing sandals, flipflops or any variation thereof that does not cover your toes.
~No one under the age of 18 will be permitted in the exhibit hall.

Exhibit Personnel Registration:
For each 10x10 exhibit space, your organization will be entitled to 2 exhibitor badges. Your exhibitor badge will allow admittance to all symposium and exhibition events, including receptions, meal functions, and sessions (unless an additional cost is otherwise noted).
Exhibitor badges must be assigned online before September 2, 2011. After your allotment of two badges per 100 square feet is filled, you must register all additional exhibit personnel as conference attendees (at attendee rates). Once registered, they will receive an exhibitor ribbon on their badge allowing them entry into the exhibit hall at all times. Visit www.ndia.org/meetings/1210 to purchase additional badges.
To register your complimentary badges, go to "Manage Booths/Badges" link on the left side of your screen first. Do not use an attendee registration form from the printed brochure for your complimentary badges (unless you need to register more than your allottment allows).
