Why Exhibits?

The Land and Maritime Supply Chains (Columbus) Business Conference has expanded in 2010 to include Troop Support from (Philadelphia) and Aviation (Richmond) for a Defense Logistics Agency-wide conference.  The show will twice as big as last year.

2. Click on "Buy A Booth" and you will be prompted to write in the booth # you selected and pay with a credit card. 
The floor plan is live and your booth reservation will be automatic upon completion of these two steps.

Cost to Exhibit:
NDIA Corporate Member Rate*:
$23.00 / sq. ft. (Note: your corporate member dues must be current to be able to get the member rate).
*Rate also applies to bona-fide government agencies

Non-Corporate Member Rate: $23.00 / sq. ft.

Membership Discount:

Exhibit Rate Includes:

Two complimentary conference registrations for exhibit personnel  (per 100 sq ft of exhibit space) 

All scheduled meal events including lunches, breakfasts, etc.

Networking social functions in the exhibit hall.

Company profile online.

24 hour security.

Fabric back and side walls and 7" x 44" ID sign.

Reminders:

Booths are sold in 10x10 sq. ft. increments  and multiples thereof.

NDIA does not charge for corner or island fees.

No "end cap" booths are permitted.

Booth furnishings are not included and floor covering is required(Columbus Convention Center is not carpeted). 

Exhibit Personnel Registration:
For each exhibit space that your organization occupies at Land & Maritime Supply Chains Business,
your organization will be entitled to 2 exhibitor badges per 10x10 booth that include complimentary full conference registrations. Exhibit Staff Registration:  Login and go to "Manage Booth/Badges" link on the left side of your screen then follow the directions to type in badge information. Deadline for assigning complimentary badges online is August 12, 2010.

(Do not use an attendee registration form from the printed brochure or the NDIA website below for your exhibit personnel unless you require more than your allotted number of registrations).

Exhibitors Please Note:

No Photography is allowed in the exhibit hall.  Cameras and cell phones will be confiscated by security if they are used to photograph any exhibit

without prior consent from NDIA management.

 

No one under the age of 18 will be permitted in the exhibit hall.
