The 2017 Joint Service Power Expo will bring together the leaders in industry, the military services, DoD and other government agencies to network and discuss the latest developments in near term energy technologies that enhance warfighter capabilities, improve system energy efficiency, and minimize the logistics burden associated with energy in the battlespace.
Exhibitors will reach decision makers involved in the acquisition of power and energy reltated products and services. They will also be able to network with those who are responsible for the design, develop, testing, evaluation, and usage of portable & mobile power.

Cost to Exhibit:
Corporate Member Rate*: $27 sq. ft. (Note: your corporate member dues must be current to be able to get the member rate). *Rate also applies to bona-fide U.S. government agencies and academic institutions. Non-Corporate Member Rate: $32 sq. ft.

Exhibit Rate Includes:
-Two complimentary full conference registrations for exhibit personnel, per 10' x 10' booth.
-Company profile online.
-carpet for all booths up to 300 sq ft
-24 hour security.
-Fabric drape back and side walls and 7" x 44" ID sign.
-Booths are sold in 10x10 sq. ft. increments
-NDIA does not charge for corner or island fees
-No "end cap" booths are permitted
-Electric is not included
Exhibit Personnel Registration:
For each exhibit space that your organization occupies at the Joint Service Power Expo your organization will be entitled to 2 complimentary full conference registrations, which do account for your booth personnel.

Exhibitors Please Note:
-No Photography is allowed in the exhibit hall.
-Cameras and cell phones will be confiscated by security if they are used to photograph any exhibit (except their own) without prior consent from NDIA management.
-No one under the age of 16 will be permitted in the exhibit hall.
-All bags are subject to search.
-Closed (covered) toe shoes must be worn in the Exhibit Hall during move-in. This is an OSHA Regulation. You will be denied access to the Exhibit Hall during move-in if you are wearing sandals, flipflops or any variation thereof that does not cover your toes.
