Corporate Member Rate: $2,900 per 10x10 booth.
Non-Corporate Member Rate: $3,400 per 10x10 booth.
Exhibit Rate Includes:

- Two complimentary full registrations for exhibit personnel, per 10' x 10'

- 24 hour security
- Fabric back and side walls and 7" x 44" ID sign
- The exhibit area is already carpeted
- Included with your booth space is one 6' draped table, two chairs and a wastebasket per 10x10 booth.

Exhibit Personnel Registration
For each exhibit space that your organization occupies at the 2017 Global EOD Symposium & Exhibition, your organization will be entitled to 2 complimentary full registrations, which do account for your booth personnel.
Note: 2 additional personnel per 10x10 booth can register at a rate of $300 per badge.
-Booths are sold in 10x10 sq. ft. increments and multiples thereof
-NDIA does not charge for corner or island fees
-No "end cap" booths are permitted
-Booth furnishings are included and the hall is carpeted.
-No Photography is allowed in the exhibit hall.
Cameras and cell phones will be confiscated by security if they are used to photograph any exhibit without prior consent from NDIA management.
-No one under the age of 16 will be permitted in the exhibit hall.
-All bags are subject to search.
-Closed (covered) toe shoes must be worn in the Exhibit Hall during move-in. This is an OSHA Regulation. You will be denied access to the Exhibit Hall during move-in if you are wearing sandals, flipflops or any variation thereof that does not cover your toes.
