The purpose of The NDIA Annual CBRN Defense Conference and Exhibition is to promote the positive exchange of information (scientific, technical and operational) relating to the subject of defense against Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and the ever growing CBRN threat around the world and in our homeland.
This conference will provide both government and industry the opportunity to understand and better support current and future CBRN joint program requirements and to identify potential business opportunities associated with each of them.
The conference also will provide a venue by which to spotlight the emerging CBRN defense national and international technologies, along with promising research and development opportunities.

Cost to Exhibit:
One Flat Rate*: $21 / sq. ft. or $2,100 for a 8'x10' booth space.
Exhibit Rate Includes*:
- All networking social functions
- All scheduled meal events including breakfasts, lunches, breaks, and reception
- Two complimentary exhibit hall only badges for exhibit personnel, per 8'x10'
- 6' table, two chairs, carpet, and waste basket
- Company profile online
- Fabric back and side walls and 7" x 44" ID sign
- The exhibit hall will be locked down overnight and checked hourly
* Due to limited space in the conference sessions, the exhibitor badge will be for the exhibit hall only.
Exhibit Personnel Registration:
For each exhibit space that your organization occupies at the CBRN Conference & Exhibition, your organization will be entitled to 2 complimentary exhibitor registrations, which do account for your booth personnel.

To register your complimentary exhibit hall only registrations, go to "Manage Booth/Badges" link on the left side of your screen. Complimentary exhibit hall only registrations need to be assigned online before July 27, 2016.
Any non-US citizens wishing to attend/exhibit the CBRN Defense conference must be registered no later than July 8, 2016. Once registered, foreign nationals should send their full name, date of birth, place of birth and a copy of their passport to Ms. Savanna Stephens, email@example.com, no later than 5:00pm EST on July 8, 2016.
